This is how Neviox handles your information when you visit neviox.io or get in touch about a project.
We've tried to write this in plain English. If anything isn't clear, email us — contact details are at the bottom.
Who we are
Neviox is a Webflow design and development studio based in Miami, Florida, United States, operating fully remotely. We work with clients across the United States, Canada, Europe, and other regions worldwide.
- Operator: Neviox (sole-operator studio)
- Operational base: Miami, Florida, USA
- Email: NevioxStudio@gmail.com
- Site: Neviox.io
For anything privacy-related, email us with the subject line Privacy Request.
What we collect
We collect two things: information you choose to share with us, and the bare-minimum technical data needed to run the site.
When you contact us
If you fill out the contact form or book a call, you might share:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A short description of your project or idea
When you book through Cal.com, scheduling information (your availability, time zone, any notes) is handled by Cal.com under their own privacy policy: cal.com/privacy.
When you just browse
Our hosting provider (Webflow) logs standard server data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the page you came from. This is normal web infrastructure stuff, not tracking.
Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies — the kind that make basic things work. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. If we ever add anything beyond essentials, we'll ask first.
Do Not Track
We don't read DNT browser signals because we don't track you in the first place. Your setting changes nothing on our end either way.
What we don't collect
To be explicit:
- We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracker
- We don't build a behavioral profile of you
- We don't collect sensitive personal information (we have no reason to)
How we use what we collect
The information you share is used to:
- Reply to your inquiry or project request
- Book and run our call
- Send project-related communications (proposals, contracts, updates)
- Improve our process based on what we learn working with people
We do not:
- Sell your information
- Use your information for advertising
- Add you to marketing lists without you explicitly opting in
- Use your data to train AI models
Where laws like GDPR require us to name a "legal basis," we rely on: your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, performing a contract (for client work), and legal obligations like tax record-keeping.
Who we share information with
Only the providers we actually need to run the studio:
| Provider | What they handle | Their privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Webflow | Hosting and form data | webflow.com/legal/privacy |
| Cal.com | Call scheduling | webflow.com/legal/privacy |
| Cloudflare | Domain routing | cloudflare.com/privacypolicy |
| Google Workspace | Email correspondence | policies.google.com/privacy |
That's the entire list. We don't share with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
If a court order, subpoena, or law requires it, we may disclose information to authorities. We'd push back where we can.
How long we keep it
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Contact form submissions | Up to 2 years from your last message, then deleted (unless you become a client) |
| Cal.com booking records | Per Cal.com's retention policy |
| Server logs | Per Webflow's hosting policy |
| Client project records and communications | Duration of the project + 7 years (US tax and legal requirements) |
You can ask us to delete your information any time. We'll honor it, except where the law requires us to keep specific records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have different rights over your data. Here's the short version:
Everyone
- Ask what we have on you
- Ask us to correct something inaccurate
- Ask us to delete it
- Opt out of any future marketing email any time
If you're in Florida
The Florida Digital Bill of Rights gives Florida residents rights to access, correct, delete, and get a copy of personal data, plus opt out of sale and targeted advertising. We don't sell data, don't target ads, and don't profile users for automated decisions — so most of these don't apply, but they're yours regardless. If you ask us for something and we deny it, you can appeal by replying with the subject Privacy Appeal.
If you're in California
The CCPA / CPRA gives you the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing. We don't sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't collect sensitive personal information. You won't be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
If you're in the EU or UK
The GDPR / UK GDPR gives you a fuller set of rights:
- Access — get a copy of what we hold
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — be forgotten
- Restriction — limit how we process it
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent — at any time
- Complain to your local data protection authority
If you're in Canada
PIPEDA gives you the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, and challenge how we handle it.strong> gives you the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, and challenge how we handle it.
How to ask us anything privacy-related
Email NevioxStudio@gmail.com with the subject Privacy Request and tell us:
- Your full name
- The email you used when you contacted us
- What you want (access, deletion, correction, etc.)
- Where you live (so we apply the right rules)
We'll get back to you within 30 days, faster where the law requires it. We may need to verify it's actually you before acting on certain requests.
Security
We protect your information with standard technical and organizational measures, and we work with providers (Webflow, Google, Cal.com) who do the same. No system on the internet is 100% secure, but here's what we commit to:
- Reputable providers with industry-standard security
- Access limited to people who need it to do the work
- Breach notification within the timeline your law requires — for Florida residents, that's 30 days under the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), with the Florida Department of Legal Affairs also notified if 500+ residents are affected. For EU residents under GDPR, it's 72 hours.
International data transfers
We're based in Miami, Florida, and we work remotely. If you contact us from outside the US, your information moves to the US and to wherever our providers (Webflow, Cal.com, Cloudflare, Google) and our operator are at the time.
Those providers use GDPR-compliant transfer mechanisms (EU–US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent) where applicable.
EU / UK representative. We don't currently have a designated representative in the EU or UK under Article 27 of the GDPR / UK GDPR. EU and UK residents can reach us directly using the contact details above.
If you don't want your information leaving your country, don't submit it through the site.
Children
The site isn't for kids under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13 (per the US COPPA) or under 16 (per GDPR). If you think a child has shared something with us, email us and we'll delete it.
Links to other sites
The site might link to other sites — portfolio examples, social media, booking pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices and we're not responsible for them. Read their policies before sharing anything.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this from time to time when things change. The Last updated date at the top moves whenever it does. If you keep using the site after a change, you're agreeing to the updated version.
Questions?
Email us at NevioxStudio@gmail.com. Use the subject line:
- Privacy Question for anything general
- Privacy Request to exercise your rights
- Privacy Appeal if we've denied a request
Heads-up: This policy describes how Neviox handles data right now — contact form, Cal.com booking, Webflow hosting, no analytics, no advertising. When we add things (analytics, a CRM, payments, advertising pixels), we'll update accordingly. This is written by a thoughtful operator, not a Florida-licensed attorney — for full legal certainty in a dispute, talk to one.
